When utilizing the Skills filter to locate talent within your TalentDesk Provider network, you can now indicate whether you would like the search results to return ANY Providers with the skills you are seeking or ALL of the specified skills.
This enables your management team to search for individuals with the particular criteria you are looking for.
See the example below:
Project Management is the desired skill and ANY matches of Providers with this skill listed on their profile is selected for the search criteria.
The search results return two providers in your network with the Project Management skill.
Alternatively, when Project Management and Leadership Training are selected as the desired skills and ALL matches is indicated for the search criteria, the search results will only return the providers in your account with exclusively ALL of these skills listed on their profile.
