You can now claim ownership of a project under various circumstances.
Eg: If the previous project manager leaves the company, nobody will have access to their account other than themselves. Hence, another manager who is going to be made responsible to handle it can claim ownership of the project.
- Go to Projects > My Projects
- Select the respective project for which you would like to claim ownership and click on the owner’s name (highlighted below).
Click on ‘Yes’ in the dialog box that appears to confirm your claim.
P.S. For this feature to be active, the organization owner has to turn it on in their Settings.
