Creating a Provider Application link

If you would like to embed a TalentDesk application link into a job post or onto your company’s website, you can generate a unique hyperlink directly from one of your Onboarding forms within your account Settings. You must utilize the onboarding form feature to generate an invitation link. 


Follow the steps outlined below to generate a link from an onboarding form.

  • Navigate to account Settings in your sidebar navigation menu.

  • Locate Onboarding forms
  • Identify the relevant Onboarding form that you would like the applicant to complete and click the three dots (...) to the right of the form. This will open a list of actions.
  • To create a link select, Invite Link.


  • Review the description in the popup window and then select, Generate invite link.


  • When you select Generate invite link a unique hyperlink will be created that you can copy and utilize on your relevant platforms for applicants.



  • If you ever need to deactivate the link for any reason, you can come back here and select, Revoke.
  • When this application link is accessible externally and an applicant clicks on it, they will automatically receive a standard TalentDesk invitation via email where they will be prompted to first create a TalentDesk account and then complete their Get Started steps. They will be required to complete the relevant onboarding form and once they submit it, your management team will be notified for review. Your team can then approve, request amendments, or reject the applicant.
