Email Templates allow your organization to customize the email notifications that are distributed from TalentDesk to your Providers and Managers for actions on TalentDesk. When this setting is enabled for your account, you will see a list of the individual notifications you can modify.
By clicking on the notification you would like to customize, you can then change the text in the subject and/or body, format the text using the tools at the bottom of the page, and utilize placeholder tags on the right to auto-populate data from your account.
You can preview what your notification looks like before updating by clicking the “Show Preview” hyperlink.
When you’re ready to save your new custom notification, select the Update button at the bottom of the page.
Once saved, you can always restore the message to the TalentDesk default message
