This article will explain how to deactivate providers from your TalentDesk network.
1. Go to Teams>Providers
2. Locate the provider you would like to deactivate
3. Click on the dropdown next to their name
4. Click 'Deactivate'
5. If the user has pending items, a screen will be displayed to address them:
- Approved worksheets can optionally be voided (so they won't be invoiced)
- Pending worksheets must be approved or rejected
- A list of the tasks and projects the user will be automatically removed from, will be listed
6. If the provider has no pending items, the organization creator can confirm to deactivate the user.
Once deactivated, the user will have a "Deactivated" status. Showing them in the provider or manager lists, will require enabling the "Deactivated" option under the "Status" filter.
