Limit visibility of your Providers from viewing your full freelance roster in Teams.
By default, your Providers will have access to both your Provider and Manager network in TalentDesk. To restrict the visibility of Providers from seeing other Providers in your network you will need to configure this through your privacy settings.
In your TalentDesk account, open Settings at the bottom of the sidebar navigation menu.
In Settings, navigate to Privacy.
Under the People section, you have the option to allow or restrict your Providers' access to your complete Provider and/or Manager lists.
In your Privacy settings, you may want to also consider restricting Provider access to other areas of the platform, such as the Reviews section on other Provider profiles and Project Team pages.
Please Note: If you permit your Providers to see each other within Teams, their access will be restricted to the About and Reviews pages (unless disabled in Privacy settings). They will not be able to view any personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, tax details, payment methods, pay rates, project, or documents.
