Create and edit your pay rates for manager approval on your TalentDesk profile
Setting New Rates
To add your pay rates to your TalentDesk profile, go to your Settings > Rates.
Here is where any of your company-approved rates will be stored and where you can access them to create new rates or edit any existing rates associated with your account.
To create a new rate, click on the 'New Rate' button in the top right corner of the page.
Fill out the mandatory fields (alias, currency, rate quantity, rate unit, and message to your manager) for your company manager's review and approval.
Edit or Update Existing Rates
To edit or update an existing rate, go to your Rates page and select the Edit button next to the corresponding rate, or click on the dropdown arrow to populate a list of additional actions (set as default rate, rename, delete).
Any new or updated rates must be approved by a manager before they will be available for you to bill for.
