Integrating an onboarding form into your Get Started steps on TalentDesk is an efficient way to capture and review important (and sometimes required) information about your contractors before engaging in any work assignments together. Onboarding forms are customizable and enable your management team to review and approve providers in your TalentDesk network.
To review a Provider's onboarding form, navigate to their profile within the Teams section of the sidebar menu. You can access their onboarding form directly from their profile tile by clicking on the dropdown arrow and selecting ‘View Onboarding Submission’.
You can also review the Provider's onboarding form from their profile and navigate to the Onboarding tab. In this section, you'll find the blue 'Review Onboarding Form' button located in the top right corner of the page. This area also allows you to monitor the status of their onboarding progress.
When reviewing a Provider's onboarding submission, you can Approve, Reject, Change, or Reset the form as needed.
If you identify any errors or require the provider to revise their onboarding form, simply enter your instructions or feedback in the text field located below their response. As you do this, the green Approve button will change to a yellow Request Amendment button.
Should you request an amendment, the provider will receive an email notification prompting them to make the necessary changes as outlined in your feedback.
