Worksheets & Invoices

Here we take a look at worksheets and their relation to invoices

Once providers submit worksheets they can be accessed and approved by managers by going to the Worksheets section under Finances or the Worksheets section of a particular project or task. As a manager you can use the filters tool to filter for submitted worksheets. 

Note: for customers that have auto-approval or weekly invoice caps set up, provider worksheets will usually be auto-approved if the worksheet amount falls within the provider's capped amount. However, any worksheets that exceed the capped amount will need to be manually reviewed and approved.

Clicking the worksheet for a particular provider opens up the worksheet page where further details can be seen such as provider name, amount submitted, reference numbers, billing period and additional options to approve, deny or request amendment to the worksheet.

Once a manager approves a worksheet it will then be invoiced and subsequently paid (once TalentDesk receives payment for the invoices from your organization) at the next upcoming invoice run which will be in accordance with your organizations chosen billing cycle. This varies from organization to organization.
